All Light On Anxiety clinicians complete advanced training through our Clinical Training Institute and specialize in anxiety and OCD using evidence-based CBT methods. You can browse clinician profiles, watch brief welcome videos, and request a specific therapist — or let us match you based on your needs, location, and preferences.
Many clients are seen same or next day. You can view available times and book instantly through our online portal.
