Sarah Dunn is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
Sarah is passionate about supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults as they navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and other emotional concerns. She strives to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences, processing life’s challenges, and working toward meaningful change. Sarah draws from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. She enjoys helping clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and develop confidence in navigating life’s challenges. Sarah values building a strong therapeutic relationship and believes that growth happens when clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes that align with their values and goals.
When not working, Sarah enjoys running, exploring new restaurants in Chicago, and spending time with friends and family.
