Children and Adolescent Therapy Treatments

We provide you and your child with the tools to decrease anxiety and increase life satisfaction, including cognitive therapy to learn to “talk back” to worry thoughts, guided exposure therapy to all feared stimuli, age appropriate mindfulness training and parent coaching and support.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment for Anxiety & OCD

If you could benefit from more intensive treatment, a team of therapists can provide 2 to 5 individual sessions per week. You will engage in empirically-validated treatment approaches such as CBT, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness training to obtain freedom from your symptoms are rapidly as possible.

Group Therapy Services for Anxiety Treatment

We offer group therapy treatment support so you can build community while growing your personal skills in an empathetic environment. Group therapy and support groups provide an empathetic environment where individuals can share their experiences and challenges. This helps foster a sense of belonging while gaining diverse perspectives that can lead to personal growth and healing.

Walk & Talk Therapy

We are here to help you push past anxiety and depression one powerful step at a time! You and your therapist will engage in CBT while taking a brisk walk to get you active and moving forward towards your goals. 

Either as a stand alone treatment module or combined into our standard CBT service offering, your Light On Anxiety therapist will offer you anxiety fighting tips and tools as you engage in a brisk walk (or run when desired and appropriate). It can provide a number of therapeutic benefits, such as increased physical activity, improved mood, and increased access to nature.
