Sofia Alarcon is a third year doctoral student at Adler University. She graduated from California State University Long Beach with a bachelor’s degree in criminology. Sofia’s background includes working with children who have moderate to severe disabilities in school and clinical settings. She has experience assessing individuals of all ages in English and Spanish, and recently completed her first diagnostic practicum year at ARCC Neuropsychology where she administered more than 100 clinical batteries.
Sofia makes patient care her top priority by supporting patients throughout their experience at Light On Anxiety. She strives to create a comfortable and empowering environment for individuals of all backgrounds.
Outside of work, Sofia enjoys spending time with family, going to parks with friends and thrift shopping.
