Khan Tahreem is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) at Adler University in Chicago. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychological Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Harry S Truman College.
Khan completed her Social Justice Practicum at the Syrian Community Network, where she supported immigration law services and client advocacy. She also completed her Diagnostic Practicum at a private practice, where she conducted comprehensive psychological assessments with both adults and children. She gained additional clinical experience in a hospital setting, where she was introduced to health psychology and psychosocial assessment.
Khan strives to create a warm, collaborative, and supportive environment where clients feel heard and respected. She values providing culturally responsive, person-centered care while recognizing each individual’s unique strengths, experiences, and goals.
