Anna Blair is a Licensed Social Worker, LSW, who earned her Master of Social Work through the Advanced Standing Program at the University of Kentucky after completing her Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate anxiety, life transitions, and other challenges that may impact their well-being.
Anna believes therapy is an opportunity to better understand yourself, develop practical skills, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges. She works to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves and working toward meaningful change.
Her approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with a focus on helping clients understand their thoughts and emotions, build effective coping strategies, and develop skills they can use in their everyday lives. When working with children and adolescents, Anna uses creative and developmentally appropriate strategies to make therapy engaging and relevant to each client.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with her two cats, Stevie and Bowie, exploring the city, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
