Ryan Gossett, NCC, is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. With a background in teaching high school mathematics, Ryan developed a passion for helping others feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow.
Ryan takes a warm, client-centered approach and believes therapy should be a collaborative process. He meets each client where they are, using empathy, authenticity, humor, and evidence-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand themselves, build practical skills, and work toward their goals.
Outside of therapy, Ryan enjoys singing and dancing around the house, exploring thrift shops, perfecting his home espresso, and spending time with family, friends, his partner, and his retired racing Greyhound, Lydia.
