Haley Reid (she/her) is a graduate-level counseling intern pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling at DePaul University. She brings a warm, authentic, and compassionate presence to the counseling space, along with a genuine curiosity and respect for each person’s cultural identities and lived experiences. Haley believes that feeling safe, supported, and truly heard is an important part of the therapeutic process and can create space for meaningful growth and change. She is passionate about helping clients gain new perspectives through psychoeducation and practical, evidence-based tools that can be applied to everyday life.
Before beginning her counseling training, Haley gained professional experience working with youth and adolescents in educational settings and managing client relationships in the software consulting industry. Across these roles, she learned the value of building genuine connections, listening with intention, and creating spaces where people feel understood and supported.
Outside of the therapy office, Haley enjoys reading, watercolor painting, browsing local thrift shops, and spending as much time as possible enjoying live music.
