Kaitlyn Rosolanko, LSW, earned her Master of Social Work from Columbia University, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Social Work and Psychology from Miami University. She has experience working with children and adolescents in school-based settings, as well as adults navigating a range of complex mental health challenges in an intensive outpatient setting.
Kaitlyn believes meaningful therapeutic growth starts with establishing a collaborative partnership built on safety and trust. Operating from a client-centered and strengths-based lens, she meets clients where they are to help them recognize and build on their existing strengths – because everyone has them! Above all, Kaitlyn strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported as they work toward lasting change.
Drawing from evidence-based frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), she helps clients feel empowered and equipped to start living a life that is aligned with their personal values and goals.
Outside of the therapy room, Kaitlyn enjoys cooking, baking, watercoloring, spending time with loved ones, and watching her favorite TV shows. She is very excited to meet you and work alongside you in your therapy journey.
