Meet Peyton Suzuki, MSW

Peyton Suzuki
Lincoln Park Virtual

Peyton Suzuki earned her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality from DePaul University before pursuing her Master of Social Work at Middlesex University in London, where her passion for helping others grew into a meaningful career.

Peyton has worked with clients across many stages of life, including foster children and adolescents, and mothers navigating the postpartum experience in London. Most recently, she worked with unhoused adults and seniors in Los Angeles. These experiences have shaped her belief that every person deserves to feel supported, understood, and empowered to create a life that feels fulfilling and authentic.

Peyton takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy, meeting each client where they are at while creating a space where they can feel safe, heard, and accepted. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping skills, and move toward the life they want to live. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, facing a major life transition, or struggling with self-doubt, Peyton is committed to helping you build confidence, resilience, and a deeper connection with your own strengths.

Her areas of focus include Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Pain, Parenting Support, Relationship Coaching, Women’s Health and the Postpartum Journey, Multiracial Identity, and LGBTQIA+ Affirming Care.

Outside of her work, Peyton enjoys reading, studying French, cat sitting, and traveling.

I see improvement in myself after only 6 months.
