Annie graduated from Loyola University Chicago with her Education Specialist degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Before joining
Light on Anxiety, Annie worked in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and a therapeutic day school.
Annie has advanced training in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) based treatment to children, adolescence, and adults experiencing symptoms related to OCD, anxiety,
depression, ADHD, autism, Bipolar Disorder, and trauma. She have also received extensive training to become a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). Annie hopes to help individuals define their goals and empower them to achieve them through action. She is passionate about working collaboratively with individuals, using humor and warmth to provide them with a safe and affirming space.
