Ashley Plantz, MSW
Ashley received both her Masters of Social Work and Bachelors of Science in Psychology degrees at Loyola University Chicago. In addition, Ashley is certified in CBT for Anxiety & OCD, having completed the extensive Anxiety Training Program. Ashley’s clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults and LGBTQ+ individuals in a variety of mental health and school settings. In addition, Ashley received her school social worker certification, gaining experience in the 504/IEP process.
Ashley has advanced clinical training and experience in working with individuals experiencing various concerns, such as anxiety, depression, OCD, panic disorder, mood disorders, trichotillomania, skin picking, body-image issues, self-esteem, ADHD, and life transitions. She provides a strengths-based, holistic perspective to best support her client’s needs and their journey to wellness. Ashley believes that the act of being heard, understood, and supported is healing in itself. Through providing a compassionate and affirming environment, Ashley empowers and promotes self-exploration, resilience, and flourishing within her clients.
