Help for performance anxiety

Question:

How can I get help for my performance anxiety? I keep trying positive imagery and it is not working.

Light On Anxiety Answer:

You can do an experiment and for 1 day all day long picture successful performance and the next day expose yourself to the core fear and compare and contrast. When working with performance anxiety and PTSD we make contact with and then move past/habituated to core fear. If imagining success was enough for you to get unstuck I imagine you would be past this by now. The problem is every time your brain try’s to imagine success it immediately brings up “poor performance” as they have become fused.
