Vicky Nguyen earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Dominican University and her Master of Arts in School Counseling at Concordia University of Chicago. She has experience working with all ages who struggle with anxiety-related conditions, including executive functioning, and depression.

Vicky brings a compassionate and client-centered approach to therapy, working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. She believes that therapy is a collaborative process where clients can explore their emotions, strengthen self-awareness, and develop meaningful tools to become the best versions of themselves.

Vicky strives to create a warm and nonjudgmental environment for clients to feel seen and understood. Her therapeutic approach uses person-centered, and utilizes CBT as well as a strengths-based perspectives to help clients build on their existing skills, foster emotional growth and resilience, and work towards their goals. Vicky is committed to building trust, and tailoring her work to meet each client’s unique needs.
