Sydney Wolf is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to clients across all stages of life. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lewis University, with a concentration in Children and Adolescents and a specialty in Addictions Treatment.
Sydney utilizes a client-centered approach and integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She also incorporates mindfulness practices to support clients in building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and coping skills. Sydney enjoys working children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. She is passionate about helping clients grow and develop meaningful change, empowering them to live more fulfilled lives that align with their personal values.
When she is not with clients, Sydney enjoys trying new coffee shops, attending workout classes and spending time with friends and family.
