Her neurodiversity-affirming approach is informed by extensive clinical experience with ASD, Autism, ADHD and learning disabilities.

Shelby’s therapeutic style is characterized by collaboration, encouragement, patience, and non-judgment. She employs a client-centered approach while integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy.

Outside of her clinical work, Shelby enjoys embarking on new adventures, spending time at the beach with her puppy, and going for long-distance runs. She also offers sessions at a reduced rate based on financial needs. For more information, please reach out to our Care Management team at [email protected].

I feel Shelby’s compassion every time I meet with her. She really cares about me healing from my suffering and wants me to break free from that.
