Meet Rebecca Durkin, MSW

Naperville Virtual

Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Social Work, with a minor in Psychology, and her Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. She specializes in treating all types of anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).  Rebecca works with individuals of all ages, across all stages of life, prioritizing a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment.

She emphasizes the importance of meeting clients where they are in their journey and is dedicated to building a strong rapport with them. Rebecca empowers her clients to discover and leverage their strengths while fostering confidence and resilience.

Outside of her clinical work, you can find Rebecca hanging out with her dog, getting her adrenaline fix from scary movies, or breaking a sweat at the gym.

I like the connections made and the helpfulness of the suggestions, as well as the accommodability and personalization of sessions.
