Rachel Eriksen, LSW, is a compassionate and dedicated clinician who specializes in providing individualized, evidence-based care to support clients in navigating anxiety and related challenges. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Iowa.

Rachel is passionate about helping clients build practical skills to manage anxiety and improve their overall well-being. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches to support clients in developing healthier thought patterns, increasing emotional awareness, and building resilience. Her work is grounded in a collaborative and strengths-based approach, meeting clients where they are and empowering them to make meaningful, lasting change.

Rachel brings experience working in high-stress and crisis settings, where she provided emotional support, psychological first aid, and resource navigation to individuals navigating difficult and uncertain circumstances. This background informs her calm, supportive presence and her ability to help clients feel safe, understood, and supported.

Rachel is committed to creating a warm, nonjudgemental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and working towards their goals. She believes in fostering a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, curiosity, collaboration, and compassion.

Outside of her clinical work, Rachel enjoys going to concerts, spending time in nature, and curling up with her cat and a good cup of coffee.

I appreciate working with my therapist and the care she takes in my treatment.
