Nina Rzeszutko, MS, earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, panic disorders, ADHD, life transitions, and more in the private practice setting.

Nina is passionate about bringing a warm and genuine approach to her work. She enjoys using humor as a way to lighten the load of life, and emphasizes a collaborative approach in the therapy room. Nina utilizes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other expressive modalities to help her clients take control of their lives and discover the best versions of themselves.

Every individual’s therapeutic journey is unique and deserves to be treated as such. Working with inclusivity in mind and a strengths based approach, Nina’s priority is to provide comprehensive, holistic, and tailored care to meet the needs of each client she works with. She hopes to empower her clients to take action in creating the life they want for themselves, and discover their ability to be unapologetically authentic.

Outside of work, Nina enjoys baking and cooking, reading good books, adding records to her vinyl collection, going on walks, and spending time with her friends and family. She looks forward to connecting with you and walking by your side on your healing journey!

Caring, compassionate and realistic care.
