Leigh Arn, MSW, LSW is a Licensed Social Worker who earned her Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Northwestern University and her Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago.
Leigh brings extensive experience supporting youth, adolescents, and adults through her work in both clinical and community-based settings. Before joining Light On Anxiety, she served as Program Manager for a mental health nonprofit dedicated to suicide prevention and mental health education, where she developed and facilitated evidence-based programming across schools and community groups.
Leigh integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Her approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in authenticity. Leigh’s ultimate goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful change. She is passionate about helping individuals strengthen self-compassion, build emotional resilience, and live in alignment with their values.
Her focus areas include Anxiety Disorders, OCD, Depression, Relationship Challenges, Life Transitions, and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.
Outside of work, Leigh enjoys live music, creative projects, traveling, and spending time with her cat, Dez.
