Meet Lauryn Stoffregen, M.S.Ed.

Lauryn earned her Bachelor of Psychology at North Central College in Naperville and earned her M.S. Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northern Illinois University with a certificate in trauma-informed counseling. Lauryn is excited to be back in the Naperville area!

Lauryn uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to provide individually tailored care for clients of diverse ages and backgrounds. Her focus areas include anxiety disorders, OCD, panic disorder, phobias, depression, and PTSD. 

Lauryn believes in using compassion and authenticity to form collaborative relationships with her clients. Lauryn is passionate about empowering clients to step outside of their comfort zones to enhance their confidence and enjoyment of life. 

Outside of work, Lauryn enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going for nature walks, playing with her dogs, and visiting coffee shops.
