Meet Lauren DeHaan, M.S.Ed

Lauren DeHaan earned her M.S.Ed in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Illinois University. She has clinical experience working with a variety of mental  health concerns across the lifespan, from young children to senior adults. She has  an interest in working with adolescent and adult clients to address conditions such  as anxiety, PTSD, work-related stress, depression, panic disorder, social anxiety,  OCD, and intrusive thoughts. She uses a humanistic, client-centered approach to  create a non-judgmental, empathetic, collaborative environment. Establishing a  positive therapeutic relationship is very important to her, and she loves using  humor to bond and to cope! 

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys boxing, reading, spending time with friends and  family, listening to music, and watching sports, movies, and TV.
