Jessica is a passionate mental health professional with a Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has undergone advanced training in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), dedicating herself to helping clients cultivate resilience and integration. Jessica excels in guiding individuals from a place of feeling fractured to experiencing wholeness, strength, and empowerment.

With a diverse clinical background spanning adolescents, adults, and families, Jessica is deeply knowledgeable in evidence-based practices. She skillfully integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
