Jessica earned her Bachelor of Psychology, with a minor in Women and Gender Studies, at Loyola University Chicago and earned her M.S.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at DePaul University Chicago.
Jessica uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to provide a warm, compassionate, and safe space for clients to explore. Her areas of focus include anxiety disorders, OCD, panic disorder, phobias, and depression. Jessica helps her clients build self-esteem, foster an authentic sense of self, and develop effective coping strategies, empowering them to better understand their emotional well-being and lead more balanced, fulfilling lives. Jessica is passionate in helping clients step out of their comfort zones.
Outside of her clinical work, Jessica enjoys hiking, trying new restaurants, reading, and spending time with her two cats, Bear and Moose.
