Meet Hannah Bean, MS

Lakeview Virtual

Hannah is a Boston native who received her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from The Bouvé College of Health Sciences at Northeastern University. She also received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Dayton, Ohio. Hannah is a passionate mental health professional, excited to be back in the Midwest and committed to supporting and strengthening the Chicago community.

Hannah gained experience working in a wide range of settings, including a therapeutic school, outpatient private practice, and inpatient intensive care. With her extensive training in trauma-informed care, Hannah helps children, adolescents, and adults navigate complex emotional, behavioral, and educational challenges. She equips them with actionable skills to manage daily stress, anxiety, depression, grief, obsessive compulsions, and more.

Hannah understands that each case is unique to the person and their own lived experiences, and therefore incorporates evidence-based modalities with a client-centered approach. The goal is to create an engaging and supportive space where people of all ages can heal, grow, and develop tools that empower them in everyday life.

Hannah is all about balance. She is passionate about the benefits that movement has on the brain and mental health, while also giving herself the grace to rest and reset. She enjoys spending her free time going for a run outdoors, sharing a delicious meal with friends and family, or unwinding with her favorite book or TV series.

I felt comfortable and in a safe place to speak my mind and my concerns.
