Elyse Panzella earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of St. Francis and Master of Clinical and Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Children and Adolescents from Lewis University.
Elyse has experience working with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood regulation, grief, self-esteem challenges, and stress. She offers compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs, with attention to each client’s strengths. Elyse places importance on the therapeutic relationship, as this leads to lasting and meaningful change. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness in her practice. Elyse has a collaborative approach when working with clients, creating a space where clients feel safe, comfortable, and heard.
