Dr. Keely Dee, Psy.D

Dr. Keely Dee received her doctoral degree from the APA-Accredited Clinical Psychology, Psy.D. program at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and completed her doctoral internship at Connections Day School in special education. With an inquisitive nature and passion for working with youth, Dr. Dee has experience practicing in diverse clinical settings, including PHP and IOP Programs, community mental health, therapeutic day schools and private practice. Dr. Dee specializes in providing evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) techniques to children, teens, adults, and families. She is also clinically trained in psychological testing and assessment with children, teens, and adults within a diverse urban population.
Dr. Dee emphasizes the importance of articulating and treating clients’ behaviors through a multicultural and systemic lens. She has refined her relational and family-focused therapeutic skills working with at-risk youth. Dr. Dee treats children and adolescents experiencing a wide array of symptoms, including anxiety, OCD, autism spectrum, ADHD, mood disorders, and trauma. In addition, she has school-based consultation experience with psychiatrists, DCFS supports, educational advocates, and clinical case managers for clients within the foster care and youth in care systems.
Dr. Dee greatly enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families to support their therapeutic needs. She values building a genuine therapeutic alliance with her clients and brings creativity, play, and a positive pursuit to the therapy space. She believes in fostering resiliency in youth and aspires to assist them to reach their full potential.
