Dr. Estelle Oyer, Psy.D. is a clinical psychologist with experience working with young children, adolescents, teenagers, and adults. She has worked with individuals in several settings including developmental centers, therapeutic day schools, community services, and private practice. Her services include therapy and psychological evaluations. She specializes in treating diagnoses including anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and mood disorders. In addition, Dr. Oyer is passionate about providing parent coaching services to build effective yet reasonable strategies to support the parenting experience.

Dr. Estelle Oyer’s use of humor and her compassion help create a trusting and nonjudgmental environment for her clients. Through her warmth and culturally sensitive practice, she works alongside her clients to understand their thoughts and feelings, gain insight into their current challenges, and develop coping strategies. She utilizes treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Dr. Oyer incorporates creativity and play into her sessions as she aims to help her clients achieve personal growth and create meaningful change through her work at Light On Anxiety.
