Demi Panagakis, MSW, CADC

Demi received her Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago with a focus on mental health and a sub-specialization as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Additionally, Demi received her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Michigan State University. She completed her field placement at AMITA Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital, where she performed both individual and group therapy for a wide range of clinical concerns such as anger management, anxiety, OCD, depression, emotional regulation issues and conflict resolution needs. Demi has clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and parents.
Demi uses her humor, compassion and empathy to help empower and support her clients. Demi also has a love for animals and likes to incorporate animal therapy into her treatment.
