Dr. Brittany Parker earned her Psy.D. from Nova Southeastern University. She has experience working with individuals across the lifespan in a variety of healthcare settings including inpatient, outpatient, intensive outpatient, and community mental health. Some areas of emphasis for Dr. Parker in her training as a psychologist have included all types of anxiety, chronic pain, insomnia, ADHD, health anxiety, depression, and addiction recovery.

Dr. Parker believes in cultivating a strong therapeutic alliance through humor and gaining insight into her client’s unique backgrounds. With a holistic approach, Dr. Parker empowers her clients to navigate life’s challenges by fostering acceptance, changing harmful thought patterns, and enhancing emotional regulation skills. She utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques. Dr. Parker’s dedication to evidence-based practices ensures her clients receive personalized, effective treatment tailored to their unique needs.
