Sarah Warner is a Certified Light on Anxiety Treatment Specialist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University. She takes a client-centered approach grounded in empathy, collaboration, and genuine connection. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Sarah helps clients better understand their experiences, process emotions, and develop practical skills for lasting change.

Sarah has a special interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, ADHD, OCD, and phobias. She works with clients of all ages and values partnering closely with parents and caregivers to foster meaningful growth and resilience. Her therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, with a belief that humor can be a powerful tool for healing when used thoughtfully. Sarah strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel deeply heard, understood, and empowered to move toward their goals.
