Jessica is a mental health professional with her Master’s of Social Work from Jane Addams School of Social Work at the University of Illinois Chicago. With a background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Jessica is committed to supporting her clients using evidence based techniques and works with individuals who have all types of anxiety, depression, OCD, panic, phobias, performance anxiety, school anxiety, social anxiety, PTSD, and Pandas. Jessica has experience working with clients of all ages, with a special focus on youth, adolescents, adults, and parent coaching. Understanding the unique experience of each client, she creates a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. 

Jessica’s therapeutic approach is strength based and empowering, putting clients in control of their journey. Through collaboration, clients are encouraged to set their personal goals and interventions are aligned for each unique individual. This client-centered approach ensures that therapy is a collaborative and transformative experience, enabling individuals to achieve lasting positive change and lead fulfilling lives.
