Meet Chane Cohee, MSW

River North Virtual

Chane is a dedicated mental health professional with a Master of Social Work degree from Florida State University. He brings a strong clinical foundation from working in psychiatric hospitals, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP). Within these settings, Chane cultivated experience in supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges.

Chane is passionate about working with individuals navigating OCD, anxiety disorders, trauma, and mood disorders. His approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). These frameworks guide his ability to help individuals build effective tools to manage symptoms, reduce distress, and develop lasting resilience.

At the heart of Chane’s work is a commitment to collaboration and respect. He believes therapy should be a space where individuals feel empowered to explore their experiences and reconnect with their inner strengths. Every individual’s journey is unique, and Chane tailors treatment to align with each person’s goals, values, and sense of purpose.

Strong attention to my needs and providing a safe space to help through my struggles.
