Dr. Sarah Georgianna (she/her) is a Certified Light On Anxiety Treatment Specialist, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, and holds PSYPACT certification. She earned her doctorate degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Georgianna works with children, adolescents and adults to navigate a variety of challenges, including generalized anxiety disorder, life transitions, career-related anxiety, phobias, OCD, stress management, and self-exploration. Her services include Therapy, neuropsychological testing, ADHD testing, and supervision. 

Dr. Georgianna approaches therapy with a nonjudgmental and validating attitude, often using humor and authentic connection to build a supportive environment. She values collaboration and customizes her approach to fit each client’s unique needs and goals. In therapy, Dr. Georgianna aims to create meaningful change by helping clients recognize their patterns and overcome barriers. She is skilled in various CBT based, empirically supported treatment modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

Outside of her professional work, Dr. Georgianna enjoys tending to her plants, Dungeons & Dragons, video games, baking, and art. She is enthusiastic about partnering with clients on their journey toward a more fulfilling life and is dedicated to offering support every step of the way.
