Marat Kucherina is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC, and holds a Master’s in Counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. With a focus on emotional regulation, self-compassion, and values-based living, Marat specializes in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to empower individuals facing anxiety-related disorders. His expertise extends to adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, PTSD, phobias, anger management, and mood disorders.
