Dr. Micah Ioffe is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Dr. Ioffe earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Northern Illinois University with an emphasis on child and adolescent development. She specializes in the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders, both with children and young adults. Specifically, she has particular interests and advanced training in selective mutism and OCD treatment. Dr. Ioffe is also trained in conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations, including use of neuropsychological assessments, for a wide range of clinical concerns. Dr. Ioffe utilizes empirically-supported approaches in her work with clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She encourages a collaborative process with her clients and families, and empathically works to meet clientsβ individual needs. Dr. Ioffe appreciates the inclusion of compassion and humor in her clinical work, both of which can help facilitate courage and resilience when facing fears.
