Ari Marion is a Certified Light On Anxiety Treatment Specialist and received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago, specializing in Mental Health. Ari has worked with children, adolescents, and adults, seeking treatment for anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She has experience in crisis intervention through hotline, shelter and outpatient settings, has worked with survivors of trauma, and the LGBTQ population.

Ari has performed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), strengths based approaches, supportive psychotherapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and exposure therapy, which she incorporates into her everyday practice.  Ari loves to create a safe environment for her clients and enjoys collaborating to support them in obtaining their personal goals.  Ari meets the client where they are at an supports them in their journey to wellness.
