Taylor Roys, LSW is a Licensed Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Taylor has diverse experience in supporting youth, college students, and adults in both clinical and community-based settings.
Taylor is passionate about helping individuals find self-compassion, build coping skills, and increase life satisfaction by living in alignment with their values. She creates a calm and empathetic space where she prioritizes the therapeutic relationship so that her clients feel comfortable and welcomed.
Her focus areas include Anxiety Disorders, OCD and intrusive thoughts, ADHD, and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. Taylor integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into her work with clients.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys riding her bike, practicing yoga, cuddling her two orange cats, and seeing live music.
