Natalie Flowers earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. She has experience working in community mental health with adults experiencing severe and persistent mental health challenges, as well as individuals navigating major life transitions. Her background includes supporting clients experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other complex mental health concerns.
Natalie believes that therapy is built on trust, collaboration, and authenticity. She strives to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working towards meaningful change. She understands that each person’s journey is unique and tailors her approach to meet clients where they are while building on their existing strengths.
Using a person-centered and strengths-based approach, Natalie incorporates evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and build confidence as they navigate life’s challenges. She is passionate about helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
