Jennifer Cailles, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience caring for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Working with patients and families throughout her career sparked her interest in mental health and the role it plays in every aspect of a person’s life. She understands how anxiety, ADHD, OCD, depression, and everyday stress can affect relationships, school, work, and overall well-being.
She provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and evidence-based treatment tailored to each patient’s needs. She also incorporates practical strategies and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles to help patients better understand what they are experiencing and gain the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges more effectively.
Patients often describe her as approachable, genuine and easy to talk to. She believes good care starts with listening, building trust, and working together to find solutions that fit each person’s needs.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, experiencing different cultures, and spending time with family and friends.
