About Light On Anxiety

Light On Anxiety is a specialized mental health practice dedicated entirely to the treatment of anxiety, OCD, and related conditions. We serve children, teenagers, and adults across Chicagoland through seven convenient locations and telehealth — using the most effective, evidence-based treatments available.

We exist because anxiety deserves more than a generalist approach. Every clinician on our team has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the gold-standard treatment for anxiety disorders. Our clinical philosophy is simple: less talk, more action. We want to help you build real tools, make real progress, and ultimately become your own anxiety coach.
