Mikayla Clary is a Certified Light On Anxiety Treatment Specialist, Mikayla received a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Western Illinois University and a Master of Social work degree from Aurora University with a specialization in medical social work. Mikayla has experience working with clients of all ages in a variety of settings, including inpatient and long-term care, and is trained in crisis management. She loves working with OCD, anxiety, skin picking, and mood disorders. 

Mikayla utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness when working with her clients.  Her therapeutic approach is strengths-based and enjoys meeting the client where they are at in their journey. Mikayla believes in working with clients collaboratively and allowing the clients to be a major part of their own success. She strives to assist clients in identifying and effectively working towards their goals while maintaining a warm and empathetic therapeutic environment.

In her spare time you can find Mikayla reading, doing Pilates, binge watching the newest shows, or spending time with friends and family.
