Chane Cohee
River North Virtual

Chane Cohee is a Certified Light On Anxiety Treatment Specialist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated with a degree in Social Work from Florida State University. Chane is passionate about working with individuals navigating OCD, anxiety disorders, trauma, and mood disorders.

His approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). These frameworks guide his ability to help individuals build effective tools to manage symptoms, reduce distress, and develop lasting resilience.

At the heart of Chane’s work is a commitment to collaboration and respect. He believes therapy should be a space where individuals feel empowered to explore their experiences and reconnect with their inner strengths. Every individual’s journey is unique, and Chane tailors treatment to align with each person’s goals, values, and sense of purpose.

Outside of work, Chane enjoys being outside in nature, painting, and swimming.

I have greatly appreciated working with Chane! He has a wonderful combination of humor, compassion, and calm.
