Dr. Kevin Meehan is a Certified Light On Anxiety Treatment Specialist. Dr Meehan earned his Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern University and brings a diverse range of experiences from community mental health, college counseling, and private practice. Dr. Meehan specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults, providing therapy for ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, social exclusion, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Dr. Meehan integrates evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He encourages family involvement in therapy, especially with youth, and aims to help clients let go of unhelpful thoughts and behaviors while moving towards their values and goals. 

Dr. Kevin Meehan is committed to creating a supportive and empowering environment where clients feel heard and understood. He brings empathy, encouragement, and even a bit of humor to his sessions, believing that humor can help make challenging situations more manageable.
