Leslie Lund, LPC

Leslie is a certified CBT and OCD Specialist and has completed the extensive clinical training program through the Center for Anxiety Training as well as the Trichotillomania Professional Training Institute. In addition, Leslie has successfully completed an advanced training program in CBT-I (CBT for Insomnia). Leslie received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She completed her clinical internship at Presence Saint Joseph’s hospital’s Intensive Outpatient Program performing individual and group therapy for adults. Leslie has advanced training and clinical experience providing CBT and DBT based treatment for Anxiety, OCD, Depression, Bi-Polar, Chronic Pain, Insomnia, BFRBs, and Trauma. Leslie works to help clients understand the relationship between how we think and how we feel while utilizing mindfulness techniques to increase self-compassion and awareness.
Leslie’s background is in expressive arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting. She has worked extensively as a teacher and director of musical theatre. She believes that artistic expression is an invaluable tool to facing our fears and shedding light on not only what is happening in our minds but in our bodies.
