I’ll be honest: the switch to working remotely due to COVID-19 was an adjustment in many ways. I would have never predicted some of the challenges to which myself and my clients can speak.
It’s not a perfect science, but with the commitment to adhering to routine, staying connected, and checking in with one’s emotional experience, it is possible to make make the work from home (aka #WFH) switch bearable.
