This is a wonderful article that discusses radical acceptance, and how this can be helpful to our mental health during this pandemic. It reminds us how focusing on gratitude can help shift our focus and reduce the negativity bias loop that plays over and over again in our heads when feeling scared, anxious, or depressed. It also touches on the necessity to get plenty of rest, eating healthy, moving our bodies, and staying in contact with our social supports.
