CBT for Body Dysmorphia
Treatment Group

Freedom from Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD)

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) is an evidence-based approach designed to help individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors associated with their body image concerns. In the LOA Body Dysmorphia Group, key aspects of CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for BDD will be integrated into the group sessions.

By integrating evidence-based therapeutic techniques with interactive support, structured exercises, feedback and reflection, our program will equip you with practical skills to manage stress, build self-compassion and develop a healthier relationship with your body.
