How It Works:
Light On Anxiety assists clients in the complex process of navigating the mental health care delivery system.
- A Light On Anxiety clinician will review with you your:
- Clinical and wellness goals
- Prior treatment to date
- Logistical constraints, such as amount of time and emotional energy you have available to dedicate towards your treatment goals
- Together, with your assigned Light On Anxiety clinician, you will co-create an integrated, practical, and clear plan of attack to assist you or your loved one (if seeking treatment for your child or other family members) in moving through and soon past anxiety, OCD, depression and related disorders.
-
The final phase of the clinical care coordination process will involve assisting you with getting connected and scheduled with recommended external providers as well as assist you in identifying other helpful community resources, such as support groups and legal and financial experts.
Light On Anxiety’s clinical care coordination services are available as individual or series of action-oriented sessions (on average, 10 or less sessions).
