During this difficult time of many uncertainties, it is important to communicate and educate our children to help them cope during this pandemic. Many parents are noticing regressions in their child’s behaviors, increased tantrums, and disruptions in sleep patterns. These are all ways children express that they are feeling stressed and/or anxious. This article provides tips for parents on how support their children during this time, but also stresses the importance of parents taking care of themselves.
